Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the consent of the individual. The purpose of processing personal data is customer acquisition and maintenance of customer relationships.

Data Content of the Register
The register may contain names, contact details, website addresses, IP addresses of web connections, user profiles on social media services, information about services ordered and their changes, billing details, and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.
IP addresses of website visitors and cookies essential for service functions are processed based on legitimate interest, such as for ensuring data security and collecting statistical data about site visitors when they can be considered personal data. Consent may be requested separately for third-party cookies if needed.

Regular Sources of Data
The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer through messages sent via web forms, emails, phone calls, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.
Contact information of representatives from companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.

Regular Disclosures of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Data is not regularly disclosed to third parties.

Principles of Register Protection
Data processing is carried out with care, and data stored in information systems is appropriately protected. When register data is stored on internet servers, both physical and digital security of the hardware is ensured accordingly.
The data controller ensures that stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to personal data security, is handled confidentially and only by employees whose duties involve such processing.

Right of Access and Right to Request Correction of Data
Each individual in the register has the right to check the data stored about them in the register and request correction of any incorrect data or completion of incomplete data.
If an individual wishes to review the data stored about them or request corrections, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity if necessary. The data controller will respond to the customer within a month.

Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
An individual in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller.
